Canopy Advisory is an operations documentation consultancy based in South Manchester. We help small businesses create the operational processes they need to grow, hire, and operate consistently.

We are the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website.

When you submit an enquiry through our booking form, we collect:

When you contact us directly by email, we collect whatever information you choose to include in your message.

We do not collect payment card details. Invoices are issued separately and payments are made through your chosen method.

How long we keep your information

• —Enquiry data where no engagement follows: deleted after 12 months
• —Client data where an engagement takes place: retained for six years from the end of the engagement, in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements
